About this event

This event is free and I will accept donations. Please register to reserve your spot. Space is limited.

I've been exploring the breath deeply for many years and it's had a huge impact on my life. I still feel like a beginner as I continue learning and exploring deeper. I have a passion for sharing the most important things that I discover with others. For over a year I've been facilitating this specific type of breathing experience and I love witnessing the positive impact it's having in people's lives.

I create a unique experience that combines different elements of breathing techniques and styles that give you the opportunity to explore the power of breath. The power of deep, rhythmic breathing with awareness, moves energy in the body while tapping into the nervous system and creating an expanded state of consciousness. This will be a very intense experience which creates undeniable changes in the body and mind.

I create a safe environment for you to feel free to let go and surrender to the experience and get the most benefit. Intuitive rhythmic breathing with the ability to relax and let go, facilitates the body's natural capacity to heal itself. The experience can bring deep insights and clarity.

Breathwork can sometimes allow for unresolved memories and emotions to rise to the surface so they can processed with a new awareness. It’s like a reset for the nervous system. By the end of a practice, many people experience feelings of clarity and peace with a newfound sense of awareness.   It can be very energizing and exhilarating while also leaving you feeling calm and grounded. Some experiences can be challenging and revealing. Each experience will be different for each individual. The journey of the breath is an individual journey that each person can take as deeply as they wish. Usually people find that they get the most benefit after trying this practice a few times allowing them to let go and trust the process a little more each time.

There is no experience needed and you get to choose how deep you want to go.

Bring comfortable clothes, water, a mat and or a blanket/ pillow. Sleeping bags are great. Some people like to use an eye mask as well. You want to be comfortable and will be lying down. Extra blankets available if you need to borrow one.

You are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. If you are going to be more than ten minutes late, please come to the next event to prevent interrupting the session.

Please bring an open mind and heart and try to suspend judgment of self and others to the best of your ability. This type of experience requires the courage to be vulnerable and explore yourself deeper. Everyone will be enduring a very intense experience that requires trust and support from everyone else.

Try to avoid eating heavily two hours before arrival. Try to be hydrated.

Taking photos before or after the session is fine. Encouraged to put your phone away and off during the session. No recording during the actual breathing sessions to preserve privacy.

I look forward to sharing this experience with you.

Thank you!
